The General Returns Policy Comprises
1. An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
Has missing parts or accessories
Is different from what was ordered
Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)
Please note that Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Please look at the returns policy category wise. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
3. For electronic devices please remove any stored personal information (Picture, Messages etc) or any modifications (password, screen lock pattern etc) before returning the product.
4. Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it" (including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered).
5. If the return window of your product has expired, we refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).If your item meets the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling our Customer Service at +880-1880-088553. Requirements will vary for category which you can find below. Please note that you have to contact our customer service within the provided window (Calendar days) for each product category to initiate the returns process.

Return the phone in the original condition with brand box and all the accessories like charger, headphones, manual, etc. to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a replacement if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing/damaged contents.
If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.
Laptops
15 Days; Replacement only.
Not eligible for return if the item is "No longer needed".
Return the laptop in the original condition with the original brand box and all accessories like charger, manual, etc. to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a replacement if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing/damaged contents.
If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.
Healthcare and Precautions
7 Days; Replacement only.
Not eligible for return if the item is "No longer needed".

Grocery
A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 3 days if:
Product does not meet user’s expectation.
Found damaged during delivery
Have doubt about the product quality and quantity
Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition
Is not satisfied with the packaging
Finds product unusable
A user may return any unopened or defective up to 20% and less, item within 7 days of receiving the item. But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:
Damages due to misuse of product
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
Any Perishable item which has been used/installed
Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
Refund window and Expectations
SWAP tries its best to serve the users. But if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide the service, we will notify you within 24 hours via phone/ text/ email. If the service, that Swap fails to complete, requires any refund, it be done maximum within 7Days after our acknowledgement.
Refund Requests will be Processed under Mentioned Situation:
Unable to serve with any product.
Customer returns any product from a paid order
Customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched.
For all the above three scenarios, the refund amount will be sent to customers through MFS or Other Medium
